DECOMA saved this pre-1933 building from condemnation by structurally retrofitting its crumbling brick walls
and failing 100’- expansive bow trusses. The renovated
structure includes a new 3,000 SF mezzanine that utilizes
the interior volume created by the existing trusses, indoor
parking, secondary offices, a conference room,
and a full kitchen. |
